The RATEFPV RATE F4V4 AIO is a compact 5-in-1 all-in-one flight controller built around the AT32F435 288MHz processor — a 32-bit MCU that delivers approximately 34% more computing power than the STM32F722, supporting dual 8K gyro loop rates and bidirectional DSHOT out of the box. It integrates a 40A 32-bit ESC, ICM42688P gyro, barometer, Bluetooth module, and OSD into a 25x25mm board, with a CNC aluminium alloy heatsink to keep it stable under sustained high-current loads.

Why choose the RATE F4V4 AIO?
The F4V4 stands out in the AIO category for combining a genuinely fast processor with practical build-quality features — enlarged solder pads for stronger connections, a plug-and-play receiver port that eliminates receiver soldering entirely, and a CNC heatsink that actively manages thermals at 40A continuous rather than relying on passive airflow alone. Bluetooth tuning means parameter changes at the field without a laptop. Pair it with components from our AIO flight controller range for a complete build.

Key features
AT32F435 288MHz MCU — dual 8K + bidirectional DSHOT
The AT32F435 is a high-performance 32-bit MCU running at 288MHz — approximately 34% faster than the STM32F722. It supports dual 8K gyro loop rates and bidirectional DSHOT with RPM filtering, giving cleaner, more responsive flight performance compared to F405-based AIOs.

ICM42688P gyro with clock synchronisation
The ICM42688P with clock synchronisation ensures precise gyro timing — minimising latency between sensor input and motor output for more accurate, predictable flight behaviour in both racing and freestyle applications.

CNC aluminium alloy heatsink
A CNC-machined aluminium alloy heatsink covers the ESC section, managing thermal load during sustained 40A continuous output. Keeps the board stable during aggressive flying without power or performance drop from thermal throttling.
Bluetooth wireless tuning
Built-in Bluetooth allows full Betaflight parameter adjustment from your phone at the field — no USB cable or laptop required. Useful for quick PID changes or rate adjustments between flights.

Plug-and-play receiver port
A dedicated plug-in receiver connector eliminates the need to solder the receiver — connect, bind, and fly. Reduces build time significantly and removes one of the most common sources of installation errors.
Enlarged solder pads
Larger, clearly labelled solder pads make motor, power, and peripheral connections easier and more reliable — particularly useful for builders new to FPV or working in tight frame builds.
5V/3A + 10V/2A dual BEC
Dual independent BEC outputs — 5V/3A for receiver, camera, and accessories; 10V/2A for HD VTX setups — keeping power rails separate and clean for stable video output.

Build compatibility
25x25mm mounting pattern — fits frames designed for 25mm AIO boards. Note this uses a 25mm pattern, not the more common 30.5mm — verify your frame supports 25mm mounting before ordering. Available in Black and White. Pair with components from our FPV VTX collection for a complete build.
Firmware note: The AT32F435 requires ATBetaflight firmware — do not flash standard Betaflight builds intended for STM32 processors, as this will not work on the AT32 MCU.
