Returns Policy:

At The FPV Project, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help. We offer a 5-day Refund Policy for all new and unopened equipment, starting from the day your product(s) arrive. We kindly request that any returns be initiated within this 5-day period, as we are unable to accept returns beyond this timeframe.

We hope your purchases meet your expectations, but if you find that the product(s) you’ve received are opened, dismantled, used, or damaged, we’re happy to offer a return option in these cases. For returns without reasons like DOA, Faulty/Damaged during transit, we’ll provide a refund, which will include a small 5% restocking fee to cover our handling costs, along with any payment gateway charges and shipping charges.

To ensure a smooth return process, please return products with their original packaging and accessories. It’s important to note that if any accessories are missing, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

We also offer replacement or return options under certain circumstances, such as: (Under these cases we will bear the return/repalcement shipping charges both sides.

1. The product is defective or dead on arrival (DOA).
2. The product is faulty or broken upon receipt.
3. A different product than what was ordered is received.

If you encounter any of these issues, please inform us via email or telephone within 48 hours of the product’s arrival. We value your satisfaction and will do our best to address these concerns promptly. However, we cannot offer returns or replacements for these specific issues if notified beyond the 48-hour window.

Refund Policy:

At our company, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. In the rare event that things don’t go as planned, we have outlined a fair and empathetic refund policy to address specific situations:

Incorrect Item Shipped and Unavailability of Requested Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, and unfortunately, the item you requested is no longer in stock, we sincerely apologize for this mix-up. In such cases, we will offer a full refund, including any shipping charges, as a way of rectifying the inconvenience caused.
  2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Faulty Items When Out of Stock: If the item you receive is either DOA or faulty, and we do not have any more stock to provide a replacement, we understand the frustration this may cause. To make this right, we will issue a full refund, including all shipping costs, to ensure you are not at a loss for this unfortunate circumstance.
  3. Item Not Shipped Within 7 Days of Order Placement: We strive to ship items promptly, but if for some reason your item has not been shipped within 7 days of placing the order, we recognize the inconvenience and disruption this may cause. In such situations, we will offer you the option of continuing to wait for the item with an estimated delivery date or receiving a full refund.

Shipping Policy:

At our company, we are dedicated to ensuring that your orders reach you quickly and safely. To achieve this, we have partnered with Shiprocket and use reputable courier services such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart, and others. Here’s how our shipping process works:

Shipping Methods – Surface and Air Shipping: We offer two main modes of shipping: surface shipping and air shipping. For the safety and compliance with shipping regulations, all orders containing Lipo batteries will be shipped exclusively via surface shipping. This ensures adherence to safety standards and regulations for the transportation of such items.

Express Shipping Option: For those who need their items urgently, we offer an express shipping option. This service ensures that your goods are delivered the next day or within 2 working days from the date of shipping. The starting rate for express shipping is ₹480 for packages weighing under 500 grams. Please note that for packages exceeding 500 grams, the price will increase proportionally based on the additional weight.

Shipping Timeframe: Our goal is always to ship your orders the next day. However, during periods of high demand or operational overload, shipping may take longer. In the worst-case scenario, we will ensure that your order is shipped within 7 days from the date of order placement. Generally, the shipping time ranges between 1 to 3 days.
